Monthly Normal Retirement Benefit
In general (see Exceptions), sum of:
1. $25 times Past Benefit Service
2. Contributory Benefit Service:
  - 2.5% of Contributions made through June 30, 2003; plus
  - 1.25% of Contributions made July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2006; plus
  - 2.00% of Contributions made July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007; plus
  - 1.00% of Contributions made July 1, 2007 and later
    
    (including Recaptured Benefit Service ) (excluding Rule of 80 Surcharge)
